A fairer home for writing
Your membership follows you to the writers you actually read. Quality is earned, not gamed. No race to the bottom, no feed full of AI filler.

The problem
Big platforms keep finding new ways to pay writers less, while engagement algorithms reward whatever travels fastest — outrage, clickbait, and increasingly, machine-written filler. Readers drown in it. Good writers quietly leave.
Worthwrite is built on a single, stubborn idea: the money should go to the writing people genuinely read, and quality should be something you earn your way into.
How it works
Every month your membership is split across the writers you actually read — weighted by how much you genuinely engaged, not by who games the feed. Read nobody, and the money simply isn't claimed.
Writers are admitted by review, not sign-up. A read only counts if you really read it. Claps only count from people who did. Collusion rings and self-claps are detected and quietly discounted.
Writers start keeping 10% of the fees their readers send them and climb toward 40% as their best work earns validated readership over time. Better writing, paid better.
Where your money goes
No black box. Every member gets a monthly breakdown showing which writers their fee followed, and how much each one received. Support is a relationship, not a mystery.
Illustrative — your real breakdown lives in your library.
For writers
Your share rises with validated readership — 10% climbing to 40%. Three great pieces can out-earn thirty forgettable ones.
Bring new readers in with your personal link and earn a small bonus on their membership — paid from our margin, never taken from another writer's earnings.
You're paid for attention readers actually give — so a tight, finished essay can out-earn a bloated one. Write the piece the work deserves, not the one the algorithm wants.
